Seeking a seasoned Camunda Developer/Workflow Architect with 8-12 years of software engineering expertise. This role offers technical leadership for Camunda-based solutions, encompassing architecture, process design, integration strategy, implementation standards, deployment, scalability, and production operations. The ideal candidate will drive the entire solution lifecycle, from business requirements to optimization, and establish reusable architecture and development standards.

Key responsibilities include defining enterprise-scale Camunda 8 architecture, designing complex BPMN 2.0 processes, and establishing modeling standards. You will architect workflow orchestration patterns using Zeebe, workers, and APIs, ensuring high availability and scalability. Defining strategies for retries, error handling, compensation, and long-running processes is crucial. Integration across various systems like REST APIs, databases, and ERP/CRM, along with managing event-driven architectures using Kafka, will be core duties. Establishing CI/CD and DevOps for BPMN/DMN deployment, designing SaaS and Self-Managed architectures, and leading production troubleshooting are also vital aspects of this role.

This position requires 8-12 years of software engineering experience with strong, hands-on proficiency in Camunda 8 and expert-level understanding of BPMN 2.0. Essential technical skills include Java/Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems, REST/API, and event-driven architectures. Experience with Kafka or equivalent messaging, SQL, relational databases, Docker, and Kubernetes is mandatory.
