You will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing inorganic growth opportunities through various acquisition modes and transactions. This involves creating robust financial models and business cases, meticulously analyzing financial statements and ratios, and projecting future financial performance and scenarios.

Your role will also include drafting essential investment-related materials, collaborating with AP and Global teams to secure investments, and supporting the development of annual and long-term strategic plans. You'll work closely with multiple businesses and departments, understanding the impact of emerging technologies on our functions and processes.

We are seeking individuals with exceptional analytical prowess, capable of transforming raw data into actionable strategies. A deep understanding of business and corporate finance, including hands-on experience in analyzing financial statements and preparing projections, is essential. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must for creating compelling reports and presentations.

An inherent eye for detail is crucial, along with the ability to assimilate complex information while maintaining a clear view of the overall objectives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also vital for effective collaboration. Prior experience in financial modeling, company analysis, industry research, and competitive benchmarking is desired. We are looking for candidates with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
