Lead advisory and analytics for process mining engagements, defining scope and business impact. Design and manage data models for process mining implementations, identifying key SAP tables and structures. Develop value cases and outcome frameworks for critical use cases such as DSO reduction and rework elimination. Conduct conformance and variant analysis, identifying root causes and presenting findings to executives. Collaborate directly with CXOs and leadership to present insights and drive action. Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, scoping, and proposal writing. Mentor junior consultants in SAP data architecture, controls logic, and analytical thinking.

CA / CPA / CIA / CFE qualification strongly preferred, or an MBA with 6+ years in internal audit, controls advisory, or financial process consulting. 6-12 years of experience in internal audit, enterprise controls, risk advisory, or financial process consulting, with a preference for Big 4 or strong mid-tier backgrounds. Deep working knowledge of SAP ERP tables and data structures, including relationships between key modules. Experience with IFC/ICFR design and testing, SOX compliance, or controls-based audit engagements. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. A data and analytics orientation with experience in data extraction, transformation, visualization, and interpretation. Proven ability to connect data findings to tangible business outcomes and their financial impact. Consulting-grade communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and write comprehensive reports.
