As a Manager in Business Consulting Risk, you will execute client engagements focused on governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, and enterprise risk management. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality delivery, reviewing working papers, identifying business process improvements, handling data analytics, and managing engagement budgets. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge management.

Technical excellence involves delivering a candid overview of clients' risk landscapes, building confidence with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with internal quality and risk management procedures. You'll apply a solution-based approach to problem-solving, foster strong client relationships, and assist in developing new methodologies and business proposals.

Candidates should possess a Chartered Accountant qualification or a Master's degree in Science, Arts, or Business, Accounting, or Finance. A minimum of 2-6 years of relevant Internal Audit experience is required. Significant experience in assessing internal controls frameworks, developing risk remediation strategies, performing gap analysis, or experience in Enterprise Resource Management and related risk analysis is essential.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong project management skills, foster teamwork, and leverage current technology. They should possess excellent communication skills and a practical, agile, and creative approach to problem-solving. Availability to travel up to 50% of the time and work extended hours when necessary is expected. A valid passport is also required.
