Execute client engagements with a focus on quality, delivering robust solutions in areas such as governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, and standard operating procedures. Analyze client business processes, identify areas for improvement, and prepare insightful recommendations.

Handle data analytics using tools like Access and ACL. Ensure adherence to engagement plans and internal quality assurance procedures. Stay updated on internal auditing standards and demonstrate a strong problem-solving approach. Manage engagement budgets and contribute to business development efforts.

Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders and mentor junior team members. Contribute to knowledge management initiatives. Anticipate and identify engagement risks, escalating issues as needed. Assist in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives while performing complex analytical procedures.

To excel in this role, you should possess a CA qualification or a Master's degree in Science, Arts, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in internal audit or a related field is essential.

Significant experience is required in assessing internal control frameworks, developing risk remediation strategies, performing gap analysis, or in Enterprise Resource Management with related risk analysis and process analytics. Candidates must demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to foster teamwork.
