This specific role falls under Digital Risk, addressing the critical challenges posed by AI and advanced technologies.

As an AI Risk and Governance Manager, you will be central to identifying, assessing, and mitigating technical risks across key Responsible AI dimensions such as bias, fairness, robustness, explainability, privacy, and security.

Your responsibilities will include performing quantitative AI model testing, conducting AI red teaming assessments to uncover safety, security, and misuse risks, and designing frameworks for bias detection, fairness evaluation, and robustness.

You will build and maintain automated AI validation and monitoring pipelines, implement model interpretability solutions, and define operational AI governance processes for model lifecycle management. This involves configuring and deploying AI systems using MLOps/LLMOps/DevOps practices and collaborating with cybersecurity and fraud teams to address AI-driven security risks.

A key aspect of this role involves translating AI regulations and ethical standards into actionable technical requirements and controls. You will also communicate AI risks and their business impact effectively to diverse stakeholders and develop essential training materials for broader AI adoption.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.

We require 4-7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, AI risk, or AI governance. Proven experience in building, testing, deploying, and monitoring AI/ML systems in production environments is essential.

A strong understanding of Responsible AI risks, including bias, fairness, robustness, explainability, privacy, and security, is critical. Familiarity with quantitative AI testing frameworks, MLOps/LLMOps/DevOps, and CI/CD workflows is also necessary.

Excellent communication skills, including experience working with cross-functional or client-facing teams, are required. Experience with AI red teaming, adversarial testing, or safety assessments, and collaboration with cybersecurity or enterprise risk teams, will be advantageous.
