As a Manager in AI Risk and Governance, you will identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks across key Responsible AI dimensions. This includes performing quantitative AI model testing, conducting AI red teaming, and designing frameworks for bias detection, fairness, explainability, and robustness.

You will build and maintain automated AI validation pipelines, implement model interpretability solutions, and define AI governance processes for model lifecycle management. Key responsibilities also involve configuring and monitoring AI systems using MLOps, LLMOps, and DevOps practices, and collaborating with cybersecurity and fraud teams.

Additionally, you will translate AI regulations and ethical standards into technical requirements, communicate AI risks to stakeholders, and develop training materials to support organizational Responsible AI adoption. This role requires a strong ability to translate complex AI risks and controls into actionable business impact for both technical and non-technical audiences.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, coupled with 4-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, AI risk, or AI governance.

Essential qualifications include hands-on experience building, testing, deploying, and monitoring AI/ML systems in production, alongside a strong understanding of Responsible AI risks. Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps/DevOps, CI/CD workflows, and experience with AI red teaming or adversarial testing are crucial.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical controls, and experience working with cross-functional or client-facing teams. We value individuals with a practical, problem-solving approach who are agile, curious, and adaptable. A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Master of Computer Applications, or Master of Business Administration is preferred, with at least 3 years of experience specifically in Artificial Intelligence.
