Drive technical excellence by leveraging a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM practices for effective operational risk management. Lead governance activities and maintain compliance-driven risk controls within digital risk environments. Conduct consulting engagements to assess, design, and improve ITSM processes and control frameworks. Apply structured project management methods to support implementation and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead ITSM practices and standardize service delivery across business and technology teams.

A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management and 3 years in Business Analysis.
