Our Risk consulting services encompass Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk, helping clients identify, manage, and mitigate risks while building resilience and achieving sustainable growth. We assist financial sector clients in navigating and monitoring business risks through agile approaches.

Leverage strong expertise in PMO governance, project controls, and stage-gate processes throughout the project lifecycle. Demonstrate capability in integrated planning, scheduling, cost control, risk tracking, and resource allocation, particularly for large-scale projects.

Apply hands-on experience in monitoring scope, budget, schedule, quality, and regulatory compliance using structured project performance management. Develop essential dashboards, KPIs, and progress measurement systems to support executive decision-making.

Coordinate effectively with EPC/EPCM teams, OEMs, contractors, consultants, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution, commissioning readiness, and achievement of key milestones.

Possess a Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering degree. Significant experience in Project Management is essential.
