This role is based in Mumbai and focuses on national operations within the Consulting SL Quality team. Your contribution will be vital in tracking consolidated statuses, engaging with partners, and monitoring team progress on Quality KPIs. You will also provide consultation and specific support to client-serving professionals, actioning responses to setup-related queries. Maintaining consolidated updates and assisting with ad-hoc job activities will be part of your responsibilities, along with timely escalation of critical issues to ensure adherence to timelines.

Assist in the review and monitoring of engagement setups within the India Consulting practice, ensuring compliance with firm policies and guidance. Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to facilitate smooth review and compliance processes. Provide timely updates and comprehensive reports to management regarding review statuses and ongoing quality initiatives. Track consolidated statuses for allocated partners/SMUs, leveraging prior contract reading experience. Engage with assigned EPs on a monthly basis to discuss and monitor progress on Quality KPIs. Oversee team members on assigned segments, ensuring the completion of Quality KPIs. Offer timely consultations to client-serving professionals as needed. Action responses received for setup-related queries from candidates. Maintain and provide consolidated updates for all assigned activities. Provide support for ad-hoc job activities as required. Escalate critical issues promptly to ensure adherence to defined timelines and address any significant challenges.

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience is required. Demonstrated expertise in Compliance and Risk Management is essential. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities is crucial. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of perseverance are highly valued. Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance is expected. Previous experience in a quality assurance or onboarding role is advantageous. Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team is required. Exhibit strong time management skills with a focus on fast turnaround times. Familiarity with Contract reading is a prerequisite. Experience in related functions will be an added advantage.
