The opportunity lies within our National Business Consulting Risk team, specifically in CBS - RM - Project & Operations in Bangalore. Our consulting practice transforms businesses through people, technology, and innovation, driving long-term client value by solving strategic challenges. We are comprised of Business Consulting, Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services.
Our team helps clients navigate the interplay of risk and opportunity, enabling them to make informed decisions that safeguard their future business strategy and objectives. We focus on key areas including Enterprise Risk and Resilience, Internal Audit, Compliance, and Internal Controls, as well as Technology Risk and Financial Services Risk.
Provide technical excellence by supporting quality, risk, and governance initiatives across consulting engagements and business operations. Conduct comprehensive reviews and assessments to pinpoint compliance risks, identify process gaps, and discover improvement opportunities. Analyze data and emerging trends to generate actionable insights and inform leadership decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement remediation actions and enhance operational effectiveness. Utilize cybersecurity-related audit skill sets.
This role requires a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and effective solutions. Candidates should be agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative, possessing the ability to sustain positive energy in a collaborative environment.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
We require a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality audits, with a preference for experience gained within Big Four firms.
