Lead process and controls engagements, ensuring effective and high-quality execution on client projects. Review project deliverables for accuracy, quality, and adherence to audit and risk standards. Apply consulting skills to assess business processes and identify control gaps. Contribute to client-facing activities through structured presentations and actively participate in business development efforts.

Specifically within CNS - Risk - Process & Controls, you will help clients identify and manage risks to prevent negative impacts on their ability to meet future business strategy and objectives. This involves focusing on key areas such as Enterprise risk and resilience, Internal audit, Compliance, and Internal controls. You will also assess technology risks and assist financial sector clients in managing and monitoring business risks through a transformative and agile approach, encompassing processes, risk analytics, reporting, and business requirements for IT solutions.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), complemented by a Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Testing. Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
