This Manager role focuses on Business Consulting within Risk, specifically in Process & Controls for the Financial Services sector. The financial services industry, encompassing banking, insurance, and wealth management, is undergoing significant transformation due to regulatory changes, digital advancements, and evolving competitive landscapes. Our team comprises business strategists, technologists, and industry experts dedicated to navigating these complexities.

Leverage strong expertise in internal audit, risk assessment, compliance, and controls review within financial services environments.

Evaluate and enhance process and control frameworks using established review methodologies.

Manage risk-focused consulting deliverables, understanding governance and regulatory requirements.

Lead review activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely project completion.

Provide client-facing risk advisory support and contribute to business development through insightful analysis.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce is required. Additionally, a Master of Commerce or Master of Business Administration is preferred.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Testing and Internal Audit.
