We are seeking a Manager for our Business Consulting Risk practice, specializing in Process & Controls within Financial Services. This role is crucial for driving innovation and delivering sustainable value to clients in banking, insurance, and wealth management. Lead and execute risk and controls engagements, applying robust internal audit methodologies.

Ensure technical excellence by reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality, adhering to audit and risk standards.

Contribute to client-facing work, including structured presentations and business development initiatives.

A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is required.

A Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in risk and controls frameworks, with a strong understanding of internal audit methodologies.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Testing.

Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
