As a Manager in Business Consulting Risk, your responsibilities will include driving technical excellence in internal audit (IA) processes, with a strong understanding of risk and control frameworks. You will assess, design, and evaluate the effectiveness of processes and controls across various business functions.

Key duties involve identifying control gaps, documenting observations, and actively supporting risk remediation efforts. A working knowledge of consulting methodologies applied to risk, compliance, and process improvement engagements is crucial. You will be expected to translate IA findings into practical, actionable recommendations that align with business and regulatory requirements.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce degree and have substantial experience in internal audit (IA) processes. You must demonstrate a clear understanding of risk and control frameworks and be adept at assessing, designing, and evaluating process and control effectiveness.
