As a Manager in Risk, Process & Controls within our Financial Services Consulting practice, you will leverage your expertise to address critical client challenges.

Key responsibilities include: - Providing strong expertise in internal audit, risk assessment, compliance, and controls review within financial services. - Evaluating and enhancing process and control frameworks using structured methodologies. - Managing risk-focused consulting deliverables, understanding governance and regulatory requirements. - Leading review activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely engagement completion. - Supporting client-facing risk advisory work and contributing to business development through insightful analysis and advisory services.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

- A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). - A Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is also considered. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Testing, and Internal Audit. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - A practical, agile, and creative approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. - Strong communication, analytical, and advisory skills.
