This role is for a Manager in Business Consulting within the Risk division, specifically focusing on Digital Risk for the CHS (Consumer Products and Healthcare) and CNS (Consulting) sectors in New Delhi. We help clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation, ensuring they can manage risks effectively and achieve their strategic objectives.

Drive technical excellence in SAP S/4HANA Risk & Controls, SAP GRC, SAP Security & Authorizations, and ITGCs.

Conduct SAP Controls Assessments, Configuration Reviews, and ERP Risk Transformation projects, including pre- and post-implementation reviews.

Leverage deep understanding of SAP business processes (MM, SD, FI/CO) and functional modules to optimize controls, manage transformation programs, and support internal audit functions.

Utilize risk analytics, controls automation, and consulting methodologies to assess and mitigate digital risks for diverse clients. Facilitate workshops and training to enhance client awareness and response to digital risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

To excel in this role, you should possess 8-12 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Risk & Controls, SAP GRC, SAP Security, SoD Reviews, ITGC/ITAC, SAP Configuration & Controls Assessments, SAP Pre/Post-Implementation Reviews, and ERP Transformation.

A strong foundation in SAP functional processes (MM, SD, FI/CO) is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proven analytical skills in assessing and mitigating digital risks, coupled with a solid understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
