As a Manager in Business Consulting, you will be responsible for converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and team goals, ensuring end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes or portfolios. You will monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage resources effectively across business cycles. This role involves leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring compliance with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

You will drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives, partnering with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, technology, and external partners is crucial. Additionally, you will act as a change leader, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment for your high-performing team, planning for staffing, hiring, and capability development.

To excel in this role, you will need a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively, provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and practical solutions, agility, curiosity, and adaptability are essential.
