This Manager role within Business Consulting focuses on the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, specifically within the CNS - BC - FINANCE domain. EY Consulting transforms businesses through people, technology, and innovation, driving long-term value by solving complex strategic problems. Our Business Consulting arm assists clients in reimagining business models, driving growth, managing costs, and overcoming operational challenges, with specializations in Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations.

You will be responsible for converting business priorities into clear operating plans, overseeing end-to-end delivery of finance processes, and ensuring service levels are met. Key duties include monitoring performance through KPIs, leading finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A), and ensuring compliance with policies and accounting standards.

Additionally, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance operational excellence. This involves partnering with technology and business teams for transformations and continuous improvement. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and acting as a change leader are crucial. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

To excel in this role, you need an MBA qualification and 8-12 years of relevant experience.
