As a Manager within Business Consulting, you will own the end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes or portfolios, ensuring adherence to service level agreements, quality standards, and timelines. You will lead one or more finance domains, such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, or FP&A, overseeing critical operations like month-end close, invoicing, cash application, and financial planning.

Key responsibilities include driving process simplification, standardization, and automation. You will identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews, and acting as a change leader during transformations are also crucial aspects of this role. Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA and have 8-12 years of experience in business consulting, with a strong focus on finance transformation and operational improvement. Proven experience in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and developing actionable solutions to challenging business problems is essential.
