The role also involves leading finance domains, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, identifying and mitigating risks, and supporting audits. Driving simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios is crucial. Partnering with technology and business teams on transformation programs and embedding best practices are essential functions. We are looking for a candidate with 8-12 years of experience and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). The ideal individual possesses a practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. You should be adept at working collaboratively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
