As a Manager, you will be instrumental in driving technical excellence and delivering superior service across finance processes. Your key responsibilities include converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance portfolios, and monitoring performance through KPIs with root-cause analysis.

You will lead specific finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, or FP&A. This involves ensuring processes adhere to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation and identifying risks. Furthermore, you will champion transformation initiatives to drive simplification, standardization, and automation, partnering with stakeholders to implement system changes and embed scalable ways of working. Effectively managing change and leading a high-performing, inclusive team are also critical aspects of this role.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and have 8-12 years of relevant experience. We are seeking individuals who excel in collaborative environments, demonstrating a practical, agile, and creative approach to problem-solving.
