We support TMT organizations navigating industry convergence and transformation, driving agile strategies for growth, operational excellence, and value creation through M&A.

As a Manager in Business Consulting - Finance, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and team goals. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of finance processes, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and timeliness. Key responsibilities include monitoring operational performance via KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and reporting transparently to leadership.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, or FP&A, overseeing critical functions like financial close, general ledger, reconciliations, invoice processing, billing, cash application, and financial planning. Your role will involve ensuring processes adhere to policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation and identifying financial risks.

Furthermore, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation to enhance productivity and customer experience. This includes partnering with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across various departments and acting as a change leader during organizational transformations will be crucial. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team, ensuring clear accountabilities and fostering a learning-oriented environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and have accumulated 8 to 12 years of relevant professional experience. We are seeking individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates.
