As a Manager in Business Consulting, you will drive Technical Excellence, ensuring Business Planning & Service Delivery by converting priorities into clear operating plans and owning end-to-end delivery. You will lead Finance Process operations across various domains like RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Responsibilities also include ensuring robust Controls, Compliance & Risk Management, driving Transformation & Operational Excellence through simplification and automation, and effectively managing Stakeholders & Change.

Furthermore, you will take on People Leadership duties, cultivating a high-performing, inclusive team. This involves planning staffing, hiring, onboarding, and developing capabilities to meet current and future business needs. Creating a collaborative and learning-oriented environment is key to fostering engagement and retention. You will also partner with technology teams and business stakeholders on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.
