Lead end-to-end delivery for finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness. Monitor operational performance using KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates. Plan resources effectively across business cycles and transformation initiatives. Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, overseeing specific functions within them. Ensure processes adhere to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining robust documentation. Proactively identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, supporting audits. Drive simplification, standardization, and automation to enhance productivity and customer experience. Partner on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.
