Monitoring operational performance through KPIs and conducting root-cause analysis will be key. Responsibilities also include leading finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A), overseeing controls, compliance, and risk management, and ensuring adherence to policies and standards. You will promote a strong controls culture and drive simplification, standardization, and automation for operational excellence. Partnering with technology and business teams on transformations and continuous improvement is essential. Furthermore, you will manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate governance reviews, and act as a change leader. People leadership involves leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive team, planning staffing, and fostering a learning environment.

The ideal candidate possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 12-15 years of relevant experience.
