As a Manager, your key responsibilities include ensuring technical excellence in business planning and service delivery by converting priorities into operating plans, managing capacity, and meeting service objectives. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, monitoring performance through KPIs and providing transparent updates. This involves leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. You will also be responsible for controls, compliance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to policies and standards while identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks. Driving transformation and operational excellence through simplification, standardization, and automation is crucial. Furthermore, you will manage stakeholder relationships, act as a change leader, and lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

To qualify for this Manager role, you need a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. We are seeking candidates with 8 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate possesses a practical approach to solving complex issues and delivering insightful solutions.
