This role is based in New Delhi and requires a seasoned professional to manage and deliver critical business consulting services within the TMT sector, focusing on Finance and Business Consulting. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate complex operational challenges and drive transformative change.

Key responsibilities include ensuring technical excellence in business planning and service delivery by converting business priorities into clear operating plans and team goals. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, maintaining service levels, quality, and timeliness, while actively monitoring performance through KPIs and providing transparent updates.

Lead one or more finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A) and ensure processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain robust documentation and identify financial and operational risks early, supporting audits and promoting a strong controls culture.

Drive simplification, standardization, and automation across the portfolio to improve productivity and customer experience. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Effectively manage stakeholders, build trusted relationships, facilitate governance reviews, and act as a change leader during organizational transformations.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and learning-oriented environment that supports engagement and development.

To be considered for this Managerial role in Business Consulting within the TMT sector, candidates must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have between 12 to 15 years of relevant experience. We are seeking individuals with a strong ability to collaborate across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
