As a Manager, you will convert business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes with high service levels, quality, and accuracy. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management. Key responsibilities include driving simplification, standardization, and automation, managing stakeholder relationships, and acting as a change leader during organizational transformations. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team, planning for staffing, succession, and capability development to meet future business needs.

We are seeking candidates with 8-12 years of experience and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). The ideal candidate possesses a practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
