This Manager role within Business Consulting focuses on the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, with a specialization in Finance transformation and operational excellence. We assist TMT organizations in navigating industry convergence, transforming their strategies, and achieving agile growth. Our work involves enhancing customer and employee experiences, ensuring operational excellence, protecting brand reputation, and driving M&A strategies that create value and position companies for future leadership in the technology revolution.

As a Manager in Business Consulting, you will drive technical excellence by converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and team goals. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness are met.

Key responsibilities include monitoring operational performance through meaningful KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates. You will lead one or more finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A) and ensure processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, you will identify financial and operational risks, promote a strong controls culture, and drive simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and acting as a change leader during transformations are crucial. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team, ensuring clear accountability and career development opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have 8-12 years of relevant professional experience.
