This position is within EY Consulting's Business Consulting arm, specifically within the Performance Improvement (PI) and Risk Consulting functions, with a focus on CNS - BC - FINANCE. Key responsibilities include ensuring technical excellence in service delivery by converting business priorities into clear operating plans, capacity requirements, and team goals. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, guaranteeing agreed service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitoring operational performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates to leadership are crucial. You will also lead one or more finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A) and ensure processes operate in accordance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Drive simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements. Identify financial and operational risks, implement preventive actions, and support audits. Foster a strong culture of controls and compliance. Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate governance reviews, and act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative team, planning for staffing, hiring, succession, and capability development.

The ideal candidate possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and 10-15 years of relevant professional experience.
