This role focuses on TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) and CNS - BC - FINANCE sectors. TMT organizations face industry convergence challenges and opportunities, requiring agile strategies for growth. EY Consulting helps these companies enhance customer experiences, achieve operational excellence, manage data and reputation, and pursue value-creating M&A strategies.

EY Consulting transforms businesses through people, technology, and innovation, focusing on long-term client value. Our Business Consulting service line tackles strategic problems, driving business model transformation, growth, cost efficiency, and operational improvements. This includes expertise in Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting priorities into clear operating plans, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes. You will monitor performance through KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage resources effectively. Leadership in finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A is crucial.

Additional responsibilities involve ensuring compliance with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust process documentation. Early identification and mitigation of financial and operational risks, alongside promoting a strong controls culture, are essential. You will also drive transformation initiatives, focusing on simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements.

Effective stakeholder and change management is vital, building trusted relationships across various departments and acting as a change leader during transformations. People leadership involves coaching, developing, and leading high-performing teams, planning staffing, and creating an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment.

To qualify, candidates should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals who can work collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements, with a practical approach to problem-solving and delivering insightful solutions.

Ideal candidates are agile, curious, mindful, and maintain positive energy, demonstrating adaptability and creativity. The ability to manage complex problems and deliver practical solutions is key. Experience in the TMT or Finance sectors, particularly within consulting environments, is highly beneficial.
