This role is for a Manager in Business Consulting, specializing in TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) and CNS (Client Network Services) within Finance, based in New Delhi. The TMT sector faces industry convergence, presenting both opportunities for evolution and challenges in competitiveness and agile strategy. Our Business Consulting team reimagines business models, drives growth, manages costs, and resolves operational challenges across various domains, including Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations.

Your primary responsibilities involve ensuring technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting priorities into clear operating plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes. You will monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage resources across business cycles. Key areas include leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Ensuring processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements is crucial. You will also drive simplification, standardization, and automation, partnering with technology teams for implementations and continuous improvement. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, managing change effectively, and leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive team are also integral to this role.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have 8-12 years of relevant experience. We are seeking individuals who can collaborate effectively, providing services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
