This Manager role within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) and CNS - BC - FINANCE sectors in Mumbai is key to transforming businesses through innovation and people power. We focus on driving long-term value for clients by solving their most strategic problems, particularly in areas like Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations.

Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign and operating model enhancements. Provide structured planning, execution, and transition readiness support for GCC setup programs. Assess current-state finance operations and define target-state solutions aligned with business objectives. Apply consulting methodologies to deliver analysis, recommendations, and implementation support for finance-led change programs.

Collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Demonstrate a practical approach to problem-solving complex issues, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.

Proven experience in finance transformation, process redesign, and operating model improvement.

Proficiency in supporting GCC setup programs with structured planning and execution.

Solid understanding of core finance functions, controls, and end-to-end finance processes.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis is essential.

Ability to work collaboratively and provide solutions to complex problems with an agile, curious, and creative mindset.
