The CNS - BC - FINANCE team comprises Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services. Within Business Consulting, we focus on finance transformation, business design, and supply chain optimization. We help clients reimagine their business models, drive growth, manage costs, and resolve operational challenges.

As a Manager in Business Consulting, you will apply advanced data science techniques to address complex business and finance challenges. You will leverage AI/ML concepts for analytical and decision-support solutions, including practical application of agentic AI for intelligent workflows and automation.

Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into structured analytical models and actionable technical outputs. You will also be expected to develop and implement AI/ML solutions using Python, demonstrating strong proficiency in data handling and model development. Effective collaboration across client departments and adherence to commercial and legal requirements are essential.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required, alongside demonstrated expertise in Data Science (5+ years), Artificial Intelligence (3+ years), and Project Management (6+ years). You should possess a strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their practical application.
