The Business Consulting sub-service line, encompassing Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting, works on reimagining business models, driving growth, managing costs, and resolving operational challenges. This includes expertise in Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations.

Lead end-to-end Procure to Pay (PTP) operations, including vendor master management, invoice processing, and payment activities. Oversee service delivery against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring strong controls and audit compliance.

Manage operational and transition risks, while driving process improvement and automation initiatives. Lead and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability through mentorship and coaching.

Leverage AP reporting to identify trends, optimize processes, and support informed decision-making. Streamline business processes, establish and monitor KPIs, and conduct team presentations on process quality.

Identify and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times. Solicit stakeholder feedback to drive process refinements and mitigate risks associated with transitions.

Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance and address audit requirements. Proactively stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to maintain robust compliance frameworks.

Effectively manage change initiatives, communicate vision, and empower employees to adapt to evolving business requirements. Oversee Accounts Payable payment operations, manage workload allocation, and drive process improvements by implementing sustainable corrective actions.

A Bachelor of Commerce degree is required, with a Master of Business Administration being preferred. A minimum of 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes is essential.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of end-to-end PTP and Accounts Payable processes, including payments, reconciliations, and exception handling. Experience in vendor management, query resolution, and stakeholder coordination is crucial.

Proven ability to manage teams, allocate workloads effectively, coach employees, and consistently deliver against SLAs and KPIs. Excellent communication skills are necessary for negotiation and reconciliation.

Possess a commercial focus with a strong client service approach, coupled with significant experience in people management. Adept at leading teams for successful process operations and developing service standards for business excellence.

Be an effective communicator with excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex financial data. A sound understanding of internal controls, delegated authority, audit requirements, and compliance within the P2P cycle is required.
