Support GCC setup engagements, focusing on finance function design, transition planning, and implementation readiness. Assess current finance processes, identify gaps, and develop practical target-state solutions. Prepare compelling business cases, recommend effective solutions, and create execution plans for finance transformation programs. Apply general consulting skills to structure analyses, manage project deliverables, and contribute effectively to finance consulting engagements. Collaborate with multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Provide practical and insightful solutions to complex business issues.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis. Proven experience in finance transformation initiatives, process redesign, and operating model improvement. Demonstrated ability to support GCC setup engagements with a focus on finance function design. Strong consulting foundation for assessing and improving finance processes. Hands-on experience in developing business cases and execution plans for finance transformation. Ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing environment. Agile, curious, and adaptable with a creative problem-solving approach.
