This specific role is within the Finance Consulting domain, helping clients improve their finance functions through service and cost initiatives, and embedding effective performance management.

Drive technical excellence in finance transformation initiatives, encompassing process redesign, operating model enhancement, and value-led change programs.

Provide expert support for GCC (Global Capability Centers) setup engagements, focusing on finance function design, transition planning, and ensuring implementation readiness.

Leverage a solid consulting foundation to assess current finance processes, identify critical gaps, and architect practical target-state solutions.

Demonstrate hands-on capability in developing compelling business cases, strategic solution recommendations, and executable plans for finance transformation projects.

Apply general consulting skills adeptly to structure complex analyses, manage project deliverables, and contribute significantly to finance consulting engagements.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis is required.
