This role is for a Manager in TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting, specifically within the CNS (Client Network Services) - Business Consulting - Finance domain in Bangalore. We assist TMT organizations in navigating industry convergence, evolving their strategies, and achieving operational excellence while creating compelling employee and customer experiences. Drive technical excellence in finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, operating model enhancements, and value-led change programs. Provide expertise for GCC setup engagements, focusing on finance function design, transition planning, and implementation readiness. Assess current finance processes, identify gaps, and develop practical target-state solutions. Prepare compelling business cases, solution recommendations, and execution plans for finance transformation projects. Apply general consulting skills to structure analyses, manage deliverables, and contribute effectively to finance consulting engagements.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required. You should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
