Join our dynamic team as a Manager in Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) Functional Consulting. This role is crucial for leading implementation projects and driving functional excellence within enterprise technology. We are seeking an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in D365 Business Central to guide our clients through successful system deployments and enhancements, contributing to their long-term growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define and validate functional specifications, configuring D365 Business Central modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, and ensuring high-quality feature delivery through close work with product teams and cross-functional partners. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting integration challenges, conducting comprehensive system testing, and planning for system upgrades. Furthermore, conducting user training workshops and preparing project documentation are integral parts of this role.

The ideal candidate possesses 8-12 years of hands-on experience with D365 Business Central, including at least 5 full-cycle implementations and support. A strong understanding of D365 BC modules, architecture, and business logic is essential. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is also required. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills are expected. A CA or MBA in finance is preferred.
