We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with substantial experience in managing complex reporting changes within credit, risk, and settlement business areas. Your expertise will be crucial in independently handling bug fixes and enhancement requests, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Independently manage complex reporting changes in credit, risk, and settlement business areas. Handle bug fixes and enhancement requests with autonomy. Develop reports and batches within the Aligne platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement Agile methodologies and best practices. Ensure strong data governance and maintain data quality controls.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field is required. Possess 7-10 years of IT and team leadership experience, including a 4-year IT Degree. Demonstrate proven hands-on experience with Aligne for a minimum of 3 years, with a strong understanding of complex report development. Familiarity with the Power/Gas deal life cycle is essential; experience with other ETRM systems without Aligne is not acceptable. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is mandatory.
