Manage and deliver complex reporting changes within the credit, risk, and settlement domains, particularly using the Aligne platform.

Independently handle bug fixes and implement enhancements to existing systems and reports.

Develop and deliver Aligne reports and batches autonomously, ensuring high quality and adherence to project timelines.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and reporting capabilities.

A minimum of 7-10 years of IT experience, including significant team leadership responsibilities.

Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the Aligne ETRM system, with a strong understanding of complex report development. Experience with other ETRM systems is not a substitute for Aligne expertise.

Demonstrated experience in Agile project methodologies, including a strong understanding of frameworks, tools, and best practices. Experience educating stakeholders on Agile ways of working is required.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Solid grasp of data governance frameworks and data quality controls. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field is essential.
