Join Deloitte South Asia LLP as a Manager and Business Analyst in Bengaluru, focusing on Regulatory & Financial Risk. This role is part of the Deloitte Strategy, Risk & Transaction team, dedicated to helping entities navigate risks and seize opportunities for value creation.

Spearhead initiatives, meticulously managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues through to successful delivery.

Track benefits realization and delivery outcomes across the product portfolio, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value and enhance operational efficiency.

Leverage deep expertise in Agency Lending and Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) Collateral Management across various asset classes.

Collaborate closely with Risk, Operations, Technology, Product, and Trading teams to proactively manage processing risks and embed robust controls.

Define business problems and architect solutions through detailed process mapping and analysis, utilizing specialized tools.

Assess end-to-end processes to minimize manual touchpoints, eliminate bottlenecks, and strengthen overall controls.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, specifically within SBL or SLB domains.

Demonstrated experience in Agency Lending / Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) Collateral Management, including strong knowledge of cash, non-cash, and tri-party collateral management.

Familiarity with collateral allocation, reinvestment strategies, and managing multiple asset classes.

Possess a background in Financial Services, Asset Servicing, or Capital Markets operations.

Proven hands-on Business Analyst experience, encompassing requirement gathering, creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), developing user stories, and preparing test cases.

Ability to effectively collaborate with Operations, Technology, Risk, Product, and Trading teams.
