Lead end-to-end delivery for impactful AWS cloud, serverless API, and data platform initiatives. We seek a visionary leader to guide teams and clients through complex cloud transformations.

Oversee delivery planning, governance, and execution for AWS cloud, serverless, and data platform workstreams. Define solution architecture using Terraform for cloud infrastructure, API Gateway, Lambda, Python services, security controls, and observability. Conduct thorough reviews of architecture, delivery plans, estimates, risks, dependencies, and release readiness with project and client leadership.

Drive the implementation of robust security controls across IAM, networking, S3, logging, monitoring, and operational resilience. Guide teams in developing data lake and analytics components, including integrations with Glue, S3, Athena, Redshift, and Tableau. Establish best-in-class delivery standards for CI/CD, code review, environment management, documentation, and production support handovers. Effectively manage client expectations, facilitate critical decision-making, and ensure project teams remain tightly aligned with business outcomes.

Requires extensive AWS cloud implementation experience with a deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and delivery models. A strong command of Terraform, infrastructure as code governance, and reusable module strategy is essential. Proficiency in serverless API design, Python services, cloud security, and operational monitoring is a must. The ability to expertly manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, priorities, and delivery risks is critical.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills are highly valued. Experience in setting up engineering operating models, DevOps governance, and release management processes is beneficial. The capability to shape proposals, estimates, solution approaches, and delivery roadmaps, along with an understanding of analytics, data management, and next-generation technology trends, would be advantageous. Mentoring experience with Senior Consultants, Consultants, and Analysts is a plus.
