Join our Technology & Transformation practice as a seasoned Quality Engineering Manager. This role is pivotal for shaping the future of enterprise-scale test automation, driving QE transformation, and architecting advanced automation solutions. You will lead the charge in designing and implementing next-generation frameworks, guiding large QA organizations, championing AI-assisted testing, and overseeing complex digital transformation quality engineering initiatives.

We seek a dynamic, hands-on leader adept at architecting robust automation strategies, managing large-scale transitions, cultivating client relationships, and building top-tier QE teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional quality across our projects.

Lead and mentor a Quality Engineering organization of over 40 QA and automation professionals. Define and implement the enterprise QE strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. Own end-to-end quality delivery across Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native landscapes. Spearhead significant QA transformation and transition programs, moving from legacy models to advanced delivery. Establish robust governance, metrics, and reporting structures. Collaborate effectively with client stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and product owners.

Architect and deploy enterprise-grade End-to-End Test Automation Frameworks. Design scalable solutions utilizing Selenium with C#, BDD frameworks (SpecFlow/Cucumber), API automation, data-driven, and hybrid approaches. Develop automation roadmaps, fostering widespread adoption and creating reusable assets. Champion shift-left and continuous testing methodologies.

Integrate automation suites seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines. Implement test automation within DevOps environments using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, and Azure DevOps. Enable automated quality gates and release validation. Establish automated reporting, monitoring, and quality dashboards.

Drive the adoption of AI-powered testing solutions and intelligent automation practices. Implement AI-assisted test generation, self-healing frameworks, and predictive quality models. Explore and integrate AI-driven QE tools to enhance productivity and coverage. Foster innovation using GenAI within Quality Engineering.

Cultivate and lead high-performing QE teams. Define career paths, competency models, and development plans. Manage performance, succession, and talent growth. Lead reskilling and upskilling initiatives in automation, AI, and cloud testing.

We require a minimum of 15 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation, with at least 8 years specifically in managing large QE teams, including those exceeding 40 resources. Demonstrated success in architecting enterprise-wide automation frameworks is essential, alongside strong hands-on experience with Selenium C# solutions. Proven experience delivering QE programs for large-scale digital transformation initiatives and leading significant transition and transformation engagements is critical. You must possess experience working directly with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders, along with a solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps delivery models.

Key technical skills include proficiency with Selenium C#, BDD Frameworks (SpecFlow/Cucumber), End-to-End Automation Framework Design, API Automation Testing, Test Automation Architecture, and Continuous Testing. Familiarity with Cloud-native testing, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Git, and CI/CD Pipeline Integration is also necessary. Experience in AI-Assisted Testing, Shift-Left Testing, Test Data Management, Service Virtualization, Quality Engineering Transformation, and Risk-Based Testing is mandatory.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Azure Cloud or AWS testing ecosystems, exposure to modern automation tools like Playwright or Cypress, and familiarity with performance, security, and resilience testing strategies. Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Advanced or AI Testing certifications, or GenAI experience within QE, would be advantageous.
