This Managerial role within National Assurance, specifically in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team, is based in Gurgaon. You'll be part of sector-agnostic teams working across various industries, providing a well-rounded experience. Our Assurance division aims to inspire confidence and trust in a complex world by protecting the public interest, promoting transparency, supporting investor confidence, and nurturing future business leaders. We assist clients by ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings encompass External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offering support, and Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation.

You will leverage strong technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS to apply accounting standards to complex client scenarios. This includes hands-on experience in managing large-scale engagements and coordinating multiple workstreams within assurance and advisory environments. A key part of your role will involve providing robust IPO PMO support, diligently tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring readiness from both regulatory and accounting perspectives.

You will also demonstrate a solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting advisory, and assurance processes across diverse and high-impact engagements. Your ability to analyze technical accounting issues will be crucial in supporting accurate, compliant, and timely reporting outcomes for our clients.

We are seeking individuals with a Chartered Accountant qualification and over 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
