Join our National Assurance team as a Manager, specializing in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS). Assurance's core purpose is to inspire confidence and trust in a complex world by protecting the public interest, fostering transparency, and supporting economic growth. We empower clients by ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings span External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversions, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury services.

Key responsibilities include managing and executing FAAS projects, developing innovative solutions, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for coaching junior team members, fostering technical excellence, and integrating with other EY service lines on multidisciplinary projects. Contribution to thought leadership and participation in marketing activities are also vital aspects of this role.

To excel in this role, you must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or possess an equivalent certification (e.g., CPA, ICAEW, ACCA) with a strong academic record and first/second-time passes from ICAI or equivalent. A minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience is required, with robust knowledge of IGAAP and/or IFRS and/or US GAAP financial reporting within large companies, likely in audit, advisory, transaction verticals, or MNC finance/M&A environments. Strong advisory skills, excellent communication, and proven business development aptitude are essential. Specific experience in areas like transactions, IPO preparation, complex consolidations, tax planning, technical training delivery, revenue recognition, financial instruments, and banking/insurance is highly valued. Strong project management skills are also a must.
