Join our Assurance team in New Delhi as a Manager specializing in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS). In this role, you will manage and execute FAAS projects, developing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and managing client accounts. A key part of your role will involve coaching junior team members, promoting technical excellence, and facilitating continuous learning. You will also integrate with other EY service lines on multi-disciplinary projects, contribute to thought leadership, and participate in marketing activities to drive business growth.

To be successful in this position, you must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or hold an equivalent certification such as CPA, ICAEW, or ACCA, with a strong academic record, including timely passes for ICAI or equivalent. You should possess extensive experience (minimum 6 years post-qualification) in IGAAP, IFRS, and/or US GAAP financial reporting, preferably within complex/large companies, audit/advisory/transaction verticals, or MNC finance/M&A environments. Essential skills include the ability to simplify complex accounting issues, an advisory mindset for solution development, and strong business development aptitude. Specific experience in transactions, IPO preparation, complex consolidations, tax planning, technical training, or specialized financial reporting topics is highly valued. Excellent project management and communication skills are also crucial.
