As a Manager in Assurance - FAAS, you will leverage deep techno-functional expertise to drive transformation in Record to Report (R2R) areas, focusing on holistic process improvement rather than technology implementation. Your role involves providing subject matter expertise and leading delivery teams for R2R transformation projects. You will possess in-depth knowledge of R2R data structures and end-to-end process flows within leading ERP solutions like SAP and Oracle.

Key responsibilities include transforming R2R process areas such as revenue recognition, accruals, intercompany reconciliation, and manual journal entry automation. You will also lead delivery teams or workstreams in large projects, collaborate with market teams for business development, and lead proposal building. Developing internal capabilities through coaching and training, leading operational initiatives, and directly managing teams of managers and below are also integral parts of this role. Furthermore, you will develop people through coaching and guided training, fostering career path development and engagement.

To be successful in this role, you must possess 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in Record to Report transformation, excluding industry user experience. Essential qualifications include a CA, MBA (Finance) with a Commerce background, CWA, CMA, CFA, or M.Com.
