As a Manager in FAAS, your core responsibilities include leading accounting advisory engagements for insurance clients, offering expert advice on IND AS 117, Ind AS 109, and IFRS 9 implementation and interpretation. You will drive finance transformation projects, enhance financial close processes, and review complex accounting positions and disclosures.

Furthermore, you will manage multiple client engagements, develop project plans, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Building strong relationships with CFOs, Financial Controllers, and other senior finance stakeholders is crucial. You'll also lead and mentor a team, facilitate knowledge sharing, and contribute to business development by supporting proposals and identifying cross-service opportunities.

To excel in this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in accounting advisory services, particularly within the insurance sector. Experience in implementing and interpreting accounting standards like IND AS 117, Ind AS 109, and IFRS 9 is essential.
